Cross-border care
International patients, planned properly
Patients travel to our Johor Bahru clinic from Singapore and Indonesia — especially for clear aligner treatment and selected restorative care such as FRC and zirconia crowns & bridges. This page explains the practical side before you contact us.
How treatment works across borders
Your first visit is a consultation and assessment in the clinic. Treatment planning, records and fees are settled here — so everything after this visit can run on a schedule you can travel around.
Initial consultation and assessment
The doctor examines, explains what she sees in plain language, and lays out the options. You are never pressured to start on the same day.
Treatment planning
If you decide to proceed, your plan includes what happens between visits, what reviews look like, and what is included in the fees — in writing.
Expected review structure
For clear aligner treatment, reviews are planned approximately every 3 months where clinically appropriate — so visits to Johor Bahru can be combined with a trip.
Communication between visits
The clinic stays reachable on WhatsApp for practical questions and photos. WhatsApp communication helps us direct you — it is not a diagnosis.
Travel considerations
Plan your first visit with enough time for a proper assessment. We will help you plan later visits around your travel rhythm, not the other way round.
If you need assistance between appointments
If something breaks, hurts or gets lost between visits, message the clinic. We will guide you on what can wait until your next visit and what should be seen sooner.
Appointment planning
Contact us with your preferred dates and we will confirm a schedule that fits both your treatment plan and your travel plans.
We do not make medical-tourism guarantees. What we offer is a clearly explained treatment journey, transparent fees and responsive communication.
